Work

Organizations we are currently walking with.

The work is confidential in the details and public in the posture: we help mission-driven teams put structure under calling.

Network-supported. Locally invested.

Let’s Rebuild

Let’s Rebuild curates and connects trusted leaders, practitioners, and proven resources that help strengthen families, communities, and the institutions that serve them. Network-supported. Locally invested. A chartered program of The Dignity Imperative.

We drafted the operating model — coalitions as tables around a shared burden, a membership cycle, honest stage labels, and Community Action Councils — so the network can build relationships first and coordinate action without replacing the organizations in the room.

Coalitions do not exist to replace organizations. They exist to build trust, strengthen existing work, and coordinate action where collective effort creates greater Kingdom impact.
  • Relationships first. Coordinated action where it multiplies.
  • A membership cycle from recommendation and vetting through orientation, onboarding, participation, and a blessed transition
  • Honest stage labels — Exploring, Designing, Pilot, Active — so public information matches operating reality
  • Alignment is not conformity: shared direction while honoring the autonomy of participating organizations

A platform, not an umbrella

The Dignity Imperative

A Christian public charity that develops, launches, and stewards distinct Chartered Programs to secure human dignity, advance holistic flourishing, and nurture sustainable resilience.

We helped TDI name the institutional model: keep mission-specific leadership close to each Program, and centralize fiduciary, financial, legal, risk, and systems capacity where professional discipline actually matters.

Important work needs more than inspiration. It needs an institutional home capable of carrying it well.
  • From need to durable response: Discern, Design, Charter, Steward
  • Programs retain name, mission, story, and field leadership; TDI carries the legal home, finance, HR, risk, and shared systems
  • Three imperatives across every program — dignity, flourishing, and resilience
  • A program family that includes FlaxCo and Let’s Rebuild

Belong. Grow. Create.

FlaxCo

A formative creative community for young artists and makers in Franklin, Tennessee — mentorship, craft, belonging, and character formation, with The Odeon as its home.

We helped FlaxCo name what success actually is: not attendance counts, but whether sustained engagement produces belonging, formation, creative development, relationships, opportunity, and vocational direction.

Young creatives don’t just come through the door. They stay long enough for something meaningful to happen.
  • An outcomes framework that distinguishes what FlaxCo delivers, what participants experience, and the longer-term impact
  • Public dashboard: Belong (sustained engagement), Grow (mentors and formation), Create (completed work and next steps)
  • Artists in Residence measured by depth and continuity — working artists close enough to model the creative life
  • A chartered program of The Dignity Imperative; The Odeon is where formation gathers, makes, and offers work

360° organizational assessment

GoStrategic

Equipping believers to lead cultural transformation in the workplace, the home, and the church.

A 360-degree assessment with the Board of Directors — an operational review that prepared the organization for what came next, including Let’s Rebuild returning home.

Healthy organizations do not depend on heroic individuals. They depend on clear systems.
  • Infrastructure assessment, systems inventory, and document review
  • Board, staff, and stakeholder surveys
  • Work-management structure (Asana) to make the assessment itself accountable
  • Preparation for the return of Let’s Rebuild without operational chaos
